Grooming Consent

With my digital signature, I acknowledge that there are certain unforeseen situations that may arise, and I agree to not hold Dana Shoffstall, Double Edge Dog, or anyone else affiliated with the business responsible for any direct or peripheral consequences of the services they provide. Such consequences may include, but are not limited to:

  • Transfer of dye from creative grooming to furniture, clothing, or elsewhere (we use proven products, but these incidents occur on rare occasions).
  • Clipper abrasions and minor cuts on matted pets which require extensive shaving, cutting, and clipping.
  • Incidents with older dogs who have age-related issues.

Of course, we will always endeavor to accommodate your pet no matter what the circumstances are, and we will give special consideration to each of our clients while tending to the needs of their particular situation. We will always act in good faith to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and the safety of their pets.
